Bruce Patcha is the Founder, Principal, and Director of Patcha Properties, an independent boutique real estate brokerage built on innovation, trusted relationships, and exceptional client service.

A lifelong entrepreneur, Bruce’s business journey began in the hospitality industry where he became a shareholder in George’s on 4th in Parkhurst, one of South Africa’s most celebrated restaurants, voted among the country’s best on multiple occasions. He went on to own and operate several successful restaurants across Johannesburg before transitioning into the world of property.

In excess of 15 years of industry experience, Bruce has established himself as a respected property professional whose market expertise, entrepreneurial mindset and unwavering commitment to excellence have earned the trust of clients, investors and industry partners alike.

In 2020, he founded Patcha Property Practitioners with a vision to challenge the traditional real estate model by combining premium marketing, cutting-edge technology and a client-first approach. Bruce is passionate about empowering his team to achieve their full potential while fostering a culture founded on professionalism, collaboration and continuous growth.
